We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests are only eligible within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the original payment date. After this period, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. The 3-day window begins at the exact timestamp your payment is successfully processed. Requests submitted within 72 hours may be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible, regardless of the reason.
Even within the 3-day window, the following items are strictly non-refundable unless there is a verified delivery failure on our part: digital course materials and downloadable content that has already been accessed, software licenses or access tokens once issued, recurring subscription fees where the billing cycle has already commenced and platform access was granted, and gift cards.
Within the 3-day eligibility window, we may approve refund requests under the following specific conditions: Service Delivery Failure — if a purchased course is technically inaccessible or materially different from its description due to an error on our part; Duplicate Purchase — if you accidentally purchase the same course twice within the same billing period; Legal Obligations — where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Requests that do not meet one of the above criteria, or that are submitted outside the 3-day window, will not be approved.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@doitcourse.com within 3 days of your payment with: your registered email address, order or transaction ID, date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company as posting can take several business days, then contact your bank directly. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@doitcourse.com.
You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. If you dispute a legitimate charge without merit or without first attempting resolution through our support team, we reserve the right to provide your name and contact information to the relevant financial institutions and to suspend your account access pending investigation.
