DoitCourse grants you access to a library of digital courses that you may rebrand and resell as your own products. We provide the course content, materials, and platform infrastructure. You retain full revenue from any sales you make. DoitCourse does not take any commission or percentage of your earnings. Access to the library is free unless otherwise stated.
4. Permitted Use
You may use DoitCourse's course materials to rebrand, market, and sell to end customers. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute raw course materials as-is to other resellers without prior written permission from DoitCourse. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, design, and materials on DoitCourse are the property of Ansphare, Inc. or its licensors. By using the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes described in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.
6. Payments & Refunds
Where paid features or upgrades are offered, all payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@doitcourse.com within 7 days of the transaction. DoitCourse reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the platform; upload malicious code or content; impersonate any person or entity; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Services or other users' experience.
8. Disclaimers
DoitCourse provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Results mentioned on the platform, such as earnings achieved by students, are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansphare, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to DoitCourse in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
DoitCourse reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to users, third parties, or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. If you are accessing the platform from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
