Doitcourse subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will continue to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Doitcourse to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each renewal. Your subscription will remain active until it is cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in these Terms. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that time. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term. These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. DoItCourse and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
