7. Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Doitcourse subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will continue to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Doitcourse to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each renewal. Your subscription will remain active until it is cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in these Terms. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that time. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term. Fee Changes

Doitcourse reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance and implemented in accordance with applicable laws. Continued use of the Services after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated subscription fees.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please review our Refund Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases.

9. Software

As part of the Doitcourse Services, we may provide access to certain software, tools, or applications. Where any such software is accompanied by a separate end user license agreement ("EULA"), the terms of that EULA shall exclusively govern your use of the software. 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. DoItCourse and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of India.

Restrictions: The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

13. Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
